This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through lioraviani.com. Liora Viani is operated by Nyland, a company registered in The Netherlands.
We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in Australia and New Zealand, including statutory consumer guarantees.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lioraviani.com within the 30-day return period.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions once your request has been reviewed. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times by banks and payment providers may vary.
Consumer Guarantees (Australia & New Zealand)
If a product is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees under Australian or New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@lioraviani.com as soon as possible and provide clear photographic evidence.
Where required under consumer law, return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed shortly after being placed. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 3 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 days after approval:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing delays may occur.
